Moist Beet And Raspberry Muffins
  1. Blend beets, sugar, egg, butter, milk, maple syrup in a blender until a smooth liquid.

  2. Add flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon, mix well.

  3. Gently add raspberries.

  4. Scoop into muffin liners, top with blueberries and bake at 400f for 25 minutes.

  5. Add butter on top while hot.
