Start by removing the fat from your chicken.
Add six cloves of garlic, half an onion, cilantro, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, adobo, olive oil, and lime juice to a blender.
Add the chicken to a bowl and pour the marinade on top. Marinate for at least 2 hours or up to 3 days.
Heat a skillet with 1 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped cilantro (optional).
