Melt butter in medium saucepan.
Once melted through, add cocoa powder & combine fully, scraping down sides.
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Combine fully & let cook on medium-low heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick & pulls away from pan.
Put in shallow pan & let chill in fridge.
Toast sweetened coconut @ 300° for 14-19 minutes checking every 30 seconds when it is almost done - it burns FAST.
Roll mixture into balls & roll in toasted coconut.
