Combine beans, corn and taco seasoning in a bowl. Line an air fryer basket with baking paper or air fryer basket paper (make sure the paper does not extend above the basket height).
Scatter half the corn chips in the basket. Top with half the bean mixture, half the onion and half the cheese. Repeat the layering. Cook at 200°C for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and corn chips are golden.
Sprinkle the nachos with tomato. Top with a dollop of avocado and sour cream. Sprinkle with coriander and extra taco seasoning to serve.
