Herby Chicken Cutlets
  1. Place the chicken cutlets on a cutting board in a single layer. Season both sides with all the spices and flour.

  2. Let the chicken rest on the counter for 30 minutes- this is the secret to juicy, tender chicken.

  3. In a large pan over medium heat, pour the olive oil and let it get hot. Add the chicken cutlets and fry them without moving for 1–2 minutes until a golden crust forms.

  4. Flip to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes, until fully cooked and beautifully browned.

  5. Serve with roasted potatoes, rice, or a fresh salad.
