In a large bowl and using your hands, mix together all of the ingredients except for the paprika (do not over mix), adding additional panko if mixture is unable to form into a ball. Wash hands, then lightly oil them with canola (or other non-flavor oil) or use a small scooper to form mini meatballs, about 2 Tbsp. each. Place the meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with paprika. Turn on broiler and broil meatballs to pineapple fried rice. For sauce....heat canola oil over medium heat in a medium saucepan and saute the onion for 5 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and saute for another 2 minutes. If using with cooked meatballs, stir to coat meatballs well, and simmer everything together for about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over rice and sprinkle with fresh chopped scallions and sesame seeds.
For about 5 minutes or bake at 350° until slightly browned on top. Add meatballs to pineapple fried rice.
