Place a tortilla on a flat surface and layer with 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned meat mixture, 2 tablespoons shredded lettuce, 2 tablespoons shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce.
Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then fold the bottom up and over, creating a half-moon shape.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add the folded crunchwraps and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
