Single Serve Biscuits (makes Two. Oven Or Air Fryer)
  1. Preheat the oven (skip if using air fryer) to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt with a fork.

  3. Add the cold, cutter pieces to the dry ingredients and cut into the flour mixture with a pastry blender (or even your fingers) until pea sized pieces form.

  4. Add the milk and stir with a fork to combine until everything is moistened.

  5. Pour the dough out onto a floured surface and press together. Divide in half. Fold each pieces over a couple of times (to form some layers) then press into a circle that is about ¾ inch thick. Repeat with other half of dough.

  6. Place on the lined baking sheet and pop in the fridge until the oven finishes preheating (it's important to keep them cold until baking).

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. The biscuits are done when they are golden brown and have crisp edges.

  8. Alternatively, you can air fry the biscuits at 390 degrees F for 9-11 minutes until they are golden brown with crisp edges.

  9. Enjoy warm, or at room temperature.
