Score the fat on top of a 750g unsmoked gammon.
Wrap the joint loosely in tin foil, so the foil doesn't touch the fat or it will stick.
Cook it on 170C for 35 minutes in the airfryer, then remove the foil.
Mix 2 tsp of dijon mustard and 2 tbsp of honey, before seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread this over the ham.
Return the ham uncovered to the airfryer for 22 minutes.
Check it's cooked through. Leave to cool before slicing.
