Spinach Banchan
  1. Blanch a whole bag of spinach for 10 seconds

  2. Dunk the spinach in iced water

  3. Wring out the water from the spinach

  4. Season the spinach with a sprinkle of salt (to taste)

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds

  6. Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil

  7. Add 1 teaspoon of perilla oil (optional)

  8. Eat the spinach banchan as a side to anything or with a bowl of rice
