Blanch a whole bag of spinach for 10 seconds
Dunk the spinach in iced water
Wring out the water from the spinach
Season the spinach with a sprinkle of salt (to taste)
Add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Add 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
Add 1 teaspoon of perilla oil (optional)
Eat the spinach banchan as a side to anything or with a bowl of rice
