Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
In a separate skillet, brush one side of a tortilla with melted garlic butter and place it butter-side-down in the pan.
Layer beef, bacon, cheddar, and mozzarella on top.
Place another tortilla on top and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
