Guasacaca, Venezuela’s Go-to Asado Condiment
  1. Put all ingredients in the blender—except the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper

  2. Slowly add the oil and vinegar while pulsing the mixture.

  3. Add salt and pepper and pulse one last time.

  4. Serve as a condiment with grilled meat or poultry, roast chicken—and/or with any dish you wish, as Venezuelans have been known to do.
