Healthy Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Frozen Cups
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until completely smooth with no yogurt streaks.

  2. Spoon the mixture into silicone muffin cups or a silicone mini muffin tray. Make 6-8 regular-sized cups or about 12-14 mini cups.

  3. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top of each cup.

  4. Place your cups in the freezer for 1-2 hours until completely solid.
