Put your tomatoes, piece of onion, garlic, chicken & tomato bullion, and 1 cup of water into a blender cup.
Blend until smooth
Heat your pan, add butter or oil or a combo of the two.
Cook rice for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add your blended sauce through a strainer & add 2 cups of water. Mix
Add your jalapeño on top, cover & cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes remove from heat, stir & enjoy
