  1. Put your tomatoes, piece of onion, garlic, chicken & tomato bullion, and 1 cup of water into a blender cup.

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Heat your pan, add butter or oil or a combo of the two.

  4. Cook rice for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

  5. Add your blended sauce through a strainer & add 2 cups of water. Mix

  6. Add your jalapeño on top, cover & cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes.

  7. After 20 minutes remove from heat, stir & enjoy
