Marinated Tomato and Grilled Halloumi Sandwich
  1. Cut the tomato into ca. 1cm slices and sprinkle them with salt and pepper

  2. Pour some olive oil, balsamic oil and shallots (diced finely) into a bowl, mix, then add the tomatoes

  3. Fry the Halloumi

  4. Scoop out the vinaigrette, spread it on the bread, then add tomatoes and Halloumi
