Grandma Paul's Caramel Corn
  1. Over medium heat, combine first four ingredients and boil for 5 minutes.

  2. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda.

  3. Stir well.

  4. Pour over 8 quarts popped corn.

  5. Stir to coat well.

  6. Bake in large roaster or pan at 200 °F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

  7. Spread on waxed paper to dry.
