Stuffed Peppers (Beef & Pork Mix)
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Prep peppers: Place halved peppers cut-side up in baking dish. Bake 10–15 min to soften slightly.

  3. Cook filling: Heat oil in skillet over medium. Brown meat. Add onion; cook 3–4 min. Add garlic; cook 30 sec. Stir in rice, diced tomatoes, ½ cup tomato sauce, seasoning, salt & pepper. Simmer 2–3 min until combined.

  4. Assemble: (Optional) Spread a few tablespoons tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish. Fill each pepper half with mixture. Top with cheese.

  5. Bake 15–20 min until peppers are tender and cheese is melted.

  6. Rest 5 minutes. Serve.
