COOKED Avocado Coffee (es Alpukat Kopi)
  1. Prep your coffee by grinding the beans to a medium coarseness.

  2. Brew with the Vietnamese coffee filter (phin) for about 8-10 minutes.

  3. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a glass or bowl.

  4. Add 2 tablespoons of condensed milk or more if you prefer it sweeter.

  5. Gently smash the avocado with a fork/spoon or mix it in a blender with about ¾ cup of milk until smooth.

  6. Coat the glass with chocolate syrup (optional).

  7. Pour the blended mixture into the glass, add crushed ice, and top with the chilled coffee.
