Italian Apple Cake
  1. Cut the apples into cubes and put them to soak in cold water.

  2. Slowly whip the eggs with sugar in a stand mixer.

  3. When the mixture starts to be lighter and fluffy, add the melted butter, the previously sifted flour and baking powder, the milk and finally the aromas.

  4. Add the apples and mix everything.

  5. Bake in a lightly greased 24 cm hinged pan.

  6. Pre-heat the oven to 355°F (180°C) and bake the cake for 30 min. Then lower the oven 320°F (160°C) for another 10-15 min about.

  7. Serve with powdered sugar and custard.
