Poha Cookies
  1. Mix flour, cocoa, cranberries, chocolate chips, sugar

  2. Add 3 tbsp nut or seed butter

  3. Scoop balls and place on baking sheet.

  4. Bake them for 7-8 minutes.

  5. Remove, press flat, sprinkle with extra sugar (if desired).

  6. Bake for another 8 minutes. Let cool before eating.
