Preheat oven to 400F
Slice 2 pears in half and using a teaspoon (or a melon baller) scoop out the centers
Lay them on a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment
Sprinkle some Gorganzola cheese first and then top with some chopped walnuts
Sprinkle with fresh thyme and then crack some black pepper on top
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melty and bubbly and the pear begins to caramelize
Remove from oven and drizzle with hot honey
Serve as an appetizer or over a bead of arugula for a simple seasonal salad
