Bean Sausages
  1. Blend all the ingredients until you get a thick paste

  2. Shape the mixture into sausages

  3. Wrap them tightly in plastic wrap and foil

  4. Boil them in a pot for 30 minutes

  5. Let them cool in the fridge for a couple of hours (ideally overnight)

  6. Enjoy them as they are or pan-fried
