Easy Ham Fried Rice
  1. Chill the cooked rice until ready to use.

  2. In a large skillet or wok, add the butter, Stir in the onion and carrots and cook 2 minutes.

  3. Add the garlic and peas.

  4. Push veggies to one side and add the eggs to the other side.

  5. Stir the eggs until scrambled and then stir together all the ingredients.

  6. Gently stir in cooked rice and ham.

  7. Add soy sauce and sesame oil and toss to coat.

  8. Salt and pepper, to taste.

  9. Serve while warm. Sprinkle green onions over top.
