Afghani Chicken Karahi
  1. Rub salt on chicken

  2. Marinate chicken & above ingredients for ½ hr (except oil, onions & capsicum)

  3. In pan, heat ½ the oil & add chicken + marinade. Fry for 3-4 min

  4. Add 1 cup of water and cook on medium heat

  5. Once water dries & chicken is tender, stir-fry using a wooden spoon

  6. In another pan, heat the rest of the oil & add onion, when ½ cooked add capsicum

  7. Pour this onion over the chicken

  8. Serve with Naan
