Add the banana to a bowl and mash until puree'd. Add the egg, oats, cinnamon and salt and mix until fully combined.
Add the butter to a frying pan over a medium heat, once melted add the oat mixture and fry for around 10 minutes, breaking up with a spatula and turning occasionally until you have small golden clusters.
Meanwhile, add the frozen berries to a microwave bowl and heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until defrosted and juicy, break up with a fork.
Mix together the yogurt and protein powder, top with the scrambled oats, berries and a drizzle of peanut butter.
