Drain and dry your chickpeas, give them a quick rub in tea towel to remove any skin layers.
Add oil and seasoning and mix well.
Air fry for 8 minutes on 190°C or oven bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on 180°C. Shake in between. Do them in 2 batches for an even crisp.
Add to salads, wraps, or on toast. Or enjoy as a snack. Once cooled, add to a clean glass container and keep refrigerated for 3-4 days.
