Key Lime Pie
  1. Combine condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice. Blend until smooth.

  2. Pour filling into pie crust and bake at 350º for 15 minutes.

  3. Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating.

  4. Just before serving, top with freshly whipped cream or meringue.

  5. Garnish with lime slices if desired.
