  1. For The Kulcha Dough

  2. Mix all the ingredients for the kulcha dough and knead into a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

  3. To Be Mixed Into A Filling

  4. Mix all the ingredients for the filling.

  5. Other Ingredients

  6. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a round kulcha.

  7. Heat a tawa and cook the kulcha on both sides using butter, until golden brown spots appear.

  8. Serve hot.
