Mix all the ingredients for the kulcha dough and knead into a soft dough. Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients for the filling.
Other Ingredients
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a round kulcha.
Heat a tawa and cook the kulcha on both sides using butter, until golden brown spots appear.
Serve hot.
