Pasta With Garlic And Olive Oil
  1. Slice the 8 cloves of garlic.

  2. Heat the ⅓ cup of olive oil in a pan and add the sliced garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes until the garlic starts to color but not brown.

  3. Add the ½ teaspoon of red pepper flakes to the garlic and oil.

  4. Add 1 ½ cups of the hot pasta water to the pan and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the garlic is tender and the sauce thickens.

  5. Add the cooked 1 pound of spaghetti pasta to the pan with the garlic sauce.

  6. Toss in the ½ cup of chopped fresh parsley and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.

  7. Serve the pasta with garlic and olive oil.
