Sugar-free Berry Jam Substitute
  1. Cook some frozen berries in a saucepan with a lid on for 15-20 minutes stirring every once in awhile.

  2. Uncover the lid for the last 5 minutes until most of the moisture has evaporated and you get a jam-like consistency.

  3. Add a touch of honey, maple syrup or any other sweetener of choice.

  4. Mash the cooked berries slightly.

  5. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store the container in the fridge.The berry jam substitute will keep well in the fridge for about 5 days.
