How To Make Breadcrumbs
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F. Tear bread into pieces and place in a food processor. Pulse until fine crumbs form. Some slightly larger pieces are okay.

  2. Transfer breadcrumbs to a large baking sheet. Bake until lightly golden and dry, about 20 minutes. Let cool completely before using. Breadcrumbs can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
