Creamy Soy Milk Dandan Noodles — Easy One-pot Comfort Ramen
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

  2. Add the ground pork and cook through, then season with doubanjiang, sugar, and soy sauce.

  3. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

  4. In the same pot, add all the soup seasonings and the chopped leek.

  5. Lightly stir-fry, then pour in the water and add the vegetables.

  6. Bring it up to a boil.

  7. Pour in the soy milk.

  8. Just before it comes back to a boil, add the cooked noodles.

  9. Warm it for a moment more, then turn off the heat.

  10. Place the noodles and soup in a bowl, top with the pork, and serve.
