Easy Anti-inflammatory Turmeric Latte 
  1. Pour the soy milk into a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the agave, fresh ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, and cayenne and whisk well to break up any clumps of spices.

  3. Gently simmer the mixture for 2-5 minutes, careful not to let it boil.
