Ingredients:

8 oz (225g) rice noodles (or your favorite noodles)

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup broccoli florets

2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided

1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the Sticky Sauce:

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp oyster sauce

2 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp cornstarch

¼ cup water

Instructions:

Prepare the Noodles: Cook noodles according to package instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Add water and stir until well combined.

Cook the Beef:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove beef and set aside.

Stir-Fry Vegetables:

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil.

Add broccoli and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Combine & Toss:

Return the beef to the skillet with the vegetables.

Pour in the sticky sauce and add the noodles.

Toss everything together for 2-3 minutes, letting the sauce thicken and coat all ingredients.

Serve:

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve hot.
