Korean Drug Eggs (마약계란)
  1. Add 12 eggs to a pressure cooker and cook on low pressure for 1 minute

  2. Make the marinade: mix soy sauce, water, sweetener, garlic, green onions, onion, sesame oil, and sesame seeds

  3. Once the pressure cooker finishes, do a quick release and transfer eggs to an ice bath

  4. Carefully peel the jammy eggs and add them to the marinade, making sure they're mostly submerged

  5. Marinate at least 12 hours (overnight is recommended)

  6. Slice in half and serve over hot rice with extra sauce
