Deconstructed Sushi Bowl
  1. Cook rice as per pack & mix through sushi rice seasoning

  2. Pat dry chicken, cut into steaks and season both sides with salt & pepper

  3. Heat oil in pan, fry chicken for 3 - 5 minutes on each side

  4. Rest aside, covered

  5. Cut cucumber into sticks, peel carrot into ribbons, and thinly slice avocado & capsicum

  6. Serve rice, veggies, and chicken with miso dressing (pg. XX), sesame seeds, and nori

  7. Top with Yum Yum for extra yum!
