Cook rice as per pack & mix through sushi rice seasoning
Pat dry chicken, cut into steaks and season both sides with salt & pepper
Heat oil in pan, fry chicken for 3 - 5 minutes on each side
Rest aside, covered
Cut cucumber into sticks, peel carrot into ribbons, and thinly slice avocado & capsicum
Serve rice, veggies, and chicken with miso dressing (pg. XX), sesame seeds, and nori
Top with Yum Yum for extra yum!
