Homemade Mayo Recipe
  1. Add the ingredients to a jar, slowly pour the oil on top and let it settle for a minute.

  2. Press the immersion blender firmly to the bottom of the jar making sure it's covering the egg yolk.

  3. Blend for 10-15 seconds then, as the mixture begins to emulsify, move the blender up and down to fully combine the ingredients.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge and enjoy for up to one week!
