Pop the chicken wings into a bowl, along with the Shaoxing wine and soy, leave to marinade for 20 minutes.
Combine the cornflour with the 5 spice then add the wings, give it a good toss until the wings are completely coated.
Place onto the crisp plate within your air, fryer drawer, spray with oil and cook at 200°c for 16 minutes shaking halfway through.
Stir fry the onion and spring onion for a couple of minutes, then add the crispy chicken wings, spices and chilli to taste.
