Chicken Stuffed Crescent Rolls

Ingredients:

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Cook two large chicken breasts (heavily seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, paprika...) in skillet with butter. Low and slow. Shred.

  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, (optional: chopped green onions), salt, and pepper.

  4. Cut (pull) each biscuit in two thinner halves. Roll out dough thinner than you think.

  5. Place a HEFTY spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Don't be afraid to over-stuff.

  6. Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the tip and place on a (greased) baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.

Notes:

Serve with a side of ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.

For extra flavor, add some hot sauce to the mixture.
