Heat oven to 350 F.
Grease and flour jelly roll pan.
Measure all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Blend ½ minutes on low, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat 3 minutes on high, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan and bake approx. 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
Drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
