  1. Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions.

  3. Add the thyme and prosciutto and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Pour in the heavy cream and white wine, and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce and toss to coat.

  6. Crack an egg into the sauce and stir to combine.

  7. Season with black pepper and top with grated parmigiano.

  8. Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired.
