Preheat the oven to 200C fan.
Mince the garlic.
Measure out the water in a jug and stir through the bouillon powder, oregano, salt, olive oil, mustard and the juice form 1 ½ of the lemons. Save the other lemon half for later.
Peel the potatoes and give them a wash, if needed. Cut into quarters lengthways.
Place the potatoes in a baking tray dish with parchment paper and pour over the liquid.
Bake for 1 hr - 1hr 20, until cooked through and starting to char. Toss a few times during the cooking.
Squeeze over the remaining lemon half or cut it up and serve it with the potatoes.
