Preheat the oven to 400.
Cut the butternut squash in half. Place flesh side down on a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the sweet potato on the baking sheet as well. Bake for about an hour or until super soft when pierced.
Scoop out the inside and place it in a large bowl. Add sugar, flour and eggs. Using an immersion blender, mix it all together until smooth.
Pour into a baking dish. Drizzle the top with honey or maple syrup and top with cinnamon. Make a design as shown in the video (optional).
Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
