Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Slice the salmon and marinate in soy sauce, honey, garlic & chili flakes (optional).
Cook the salmon in a hot pan for 4–5 min, then pour over the remaining marinade and let it reduce slightly.
Slice avocado and cucumber.
Assemble your bowls with rice, veggies, and glazed salmon.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion.
