Homemade Fresh Herb Salt
  1. Wash herbs, remove stalks/stems.

  2. Arrange in a single layer on a towel.

  3. Let air dry for about an hour until all moisture is gone.

  4. Place herbs in the food processor.

  5. Add garlic and salt.

  6. Process until it reaches a coarse consistency (DO NOT over process).

  7. Place in a jar, and keep in fridge. Be sure to give it a good mix/stir daily for about the first week.
