Preheat the oven to 350F. Add the banana to the small skillet or small baking dish & mash into a puree. Then add all the wet ingredients listed above & mix until well combined.
Add the dry ingredients listed above & mix until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips to liking & mix into the batter. Then top with more chocolate chips to liking.
Bake for 20 minutes or until you insert a toothpick & soft crumbs come out.
Take out, top with a low calcium ice cream (like oat milk based ice cream), chocolate sauce, & salt. Enjoy!
