Crispy Garden Zucchini Herb Crackers
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C)

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  3. Grate zucchini finely

  4. Squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel

  5. Combine zucchini and olive oil in a bowl

  6. Add almond flour and Parmesan

  7. Stir in sesame seeds and seasonings

  8. Mix until a soft dough forms

  9. Place dough between two sheets of parchment

  10. Roll very thin, about ⅛ inch thick

  11. Remove top parchment carefully

  12. Cut into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter

  13. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crisp

  14. Cool completely before breaking apart
