10-minute Chili Peanut Noods
  1. Chop some scallions and boil the noodles of your choice.

  2. To a bowl, add scallions, red chili flakes, garlic, sesame oil and let that sizzle for a bit.

  3. Add an unsweetened smooth peanut butter, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, white pepper and give that a good mix.

  4. Add some noodle water to loosen the sauce and you'll get this beautiful creamy and spicy peanut sauce.

  5. Toss in your noodles and give that a good mix.

  6. Garnish it generously.
