Aquafaba Miso Mayo
  1. Strain the aquafaba through a fine sieve

  2. Add the aquafaba, miso paste, mustard & into a tall, narrow beaker or jug

  3. Using a stick blender, mix together

  4. Very slowly drizzle the oil in, little by little, until it thickens

  5. Add the vinegar to finish. Pop into a sealed jar and store in the fridge
