Steamed Broccoli
  1. In a high-sided skillet over medium heat, bring about ¼” deep water to a boil.

  2. Add broccoli and cover with lid.

  3. Let steam until just tender, 5 minutes.

  4. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  5. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
